How do I improve on my anatomy memorization when it comes to Drawing?

It always helps me to either think of a beat to put behind it, making it like a little rap, or making a reference to it with something you are familiar with.

When using your reference also point it out on your body and use your body. It helps me memorize what I'm trying to create.
