Bills is 85

tax is 7.5% or 0.075 as a decimal.

so tax is 85 x 0.075 = 6.38

tip is 18% of 0.18 as a decimal

so tip is 85 x 0.18 = 15.3

to tip and tax is

6.38 + 15.3 = 21.68
