(Solve for n)
(How exactly do I solve this problem if the 2/3 is a fraction?)
Please explain

m=2/3n-c

add c to each side

m+c=2/3n-c+c

m+c = 2/3 n

Multiply each side by 3/2

3/2*(m+c) = 3/2*2/3 n

3/2 (m+c) = n
