The correct answer is "false". At the moment of the Big Bang the universe was formed of mainly subatomic particles such as quarks and gluons, matter, antimatter, as well as enourms amount of radiation. Few moments after the Big Bang took place the atoms were formed, particularly hydrogen, deuterium, lithium and helium.
