The power of court to evaluate actions and decisions made by other agencies of government is C. the power of judicial review. The judicial review was stablished in 1803 to review all actions that happen that go against what the U.S. Constitution says. Anything that is brought to the attention of the Judicial Review has to be reviewed before making a final decision.
