Telophase is the last phase of mitosis. In this phase the nuclear envelope forms at each pole or nuclear membrane starts to form at each pole. This will consists the DNA of each cell after division.

The spindles which take the chromosomes to each end start to dissolve. The chromosome starts to uncoil
