What dies pi or π mean?

Pi is an irrational number (it goes on forever without any pattern). People usually use 3.14 to substitute for pi, or you could use 22/7 which gives the same number. Pi is the ratio of a circle’s circumference to that of it’s diameter.
This means that the circumference of a circle is always about 3.14 times longer than it’s diameter.

This is only for perfect circles
