Given is :

6(xy)(x-y)

Applying the distributive law,
a(b-c)=ab-ac

a=6xy , b=x , c=y

=
6(xy)x-6(xy)y

=
6x(xy)-6y(xy)

=
6xxy-6yxy

Apply exponent rule:
a^(b).a^(c)=a^(b+c)

yy=y^(1+1)=y^(2)

=
6x^(2)y-6xy^(2)

So the simplified answer is
6x^(2)y-6xy^(2)
