2. USED THIS MONEY TO PUSH UP HOUSE PRICES AND SPECULATE ON FINANCIAL MARKETS

3. EVENTUALLY THE DEBTS BECAME UNPAYABLE

4. THIS CAUSED A FINANCIAL CRISIS
