The area can be found with Width x Length

Perimeter can be found simply by counting the outer edge or doing (2 x Width) + ( 2 x Length)

using the pythagorean theorem, find the length of line TU, line UV, line WV, and line TW... then for the perimeter add all of the lengths, and for the area multiply the width and length
