As a collision is about to happen if you had enough time to choose between hitting a large haystack or a telephone pole which one would you choose to hit explains why in terms of force and deceleration

I would hit the telephone pole because when hitting the pole, I might fold in half and shape around the pole, making me into the first human tube to exist (I hope).

The large haystack. the force of the hay would not be sufficient to hurt you where as the telephone pole would cause you to decelarate instantly putting a lot of force onto the car and the force would pull you forward while the haystack would make you decelerate at a much slower rate and allow you stop the car more safely
