The correct answer is C. Great Britain wanted in on the fur trade, but the French did not want to share their trade that they had in the Ohio Valley.

The French attacked a British Fort in Pickawillany, Ohio, and many native tribes supported the Frenk, like the Hurons and the Algonquins.

Another incident was the French attack over the British troops in February 1704, in a town called Deerfield, Massachusetts.
