veto is an action that a president can take to stop a bill from becoming alaw. This action can be overridden byCongress by a 2/3rds vote in both the House of Representatives and the Senate. If this bill gets the necessary votes, than the bill becomes a lawwithout the president signing it.

Answer:

By overriding a presidential veto with a two-thirds vote.

Step-by-step explanation:

Congress can limit presidents' ability to influence federal law by replacing a presidential veto with a two-thirds vote.

This is because the government has the separate powers between legislative, executive and judicial power. Legislative power is represented by the congress, which I fear has the power to limit the power of the executive power, which is represented by the president and the ministers. For this reason, Congress can replace the president's veto against a bill, provided that 2/3 of the congress votes in favor of that bill. That is, if the president vetoes a bill, but 2/3 of the members of Congress vote in favor of that bill, the law will be sanctioned.
