Explanation:

In the given picture , we have given two triangle with one common side and 2 pairs of corresponding equal sides as 7 units and 8 units.

Therefore, all the corresponding three sides of both the triangles are equal.

Hence, by SSS postulate of congruence both triangles are congruent.
