Solve:

8 - 2 x 3 + 7

First, Multiply -2 and 3 together

8 + (-2 x 3) + 7

8 - 6 + 7

Next, follow the left to right rule, subtract.

(8 - 6) + 7

(2) + 7

Finally, Add

2 + 7
