We have hired 85% of our regions capacity of 500 employees. How many employees do we need to hire to be fully staffed?

So 85 in decimal form is .85, so multiply 500 by .85 to get 425. This means you have 425 employees, so you would need 75 more to be at 500, or fully staffed
