The formula of a midpoint between two points:

M\left((x_1+x_2)/(2),\ (y_1+y_2)/(2)\right)

We have L(5, 2) and N(-3, 6).

Substitute:

(5+(-3))/(2)=(5-3)/(2)=(2)/(2)=1\\\\(2+6)/(2)=(8)/(2)=4

Answer: The midpoint of line LN is (1, 4).
