1) Positive

- Allows work from any place making companies can compete globally promoting equality.
- Start new job offers that did not exist before (programmers, technicians, maintenance)
2) Negative
- Some jobs depend on these technological tools in the absence of them could not perform the work.
- Sometimes the tasks performed by people are done by automated machines, leaving many people unemployed
