Length of first bar = 1.75.

Length of second bar =
1(7)/(12)

Length of third bar =
1(2)/(3).

Let us convert
1(7)/(12) \ and \ 1(2)/(3) \ in \ decimals.

(7)/(12)=0.5833

Therefore,
1(7)/(12) = 1.5833

1(2)/(3) = 1.667

We can see that 1.75 is the longest out of 1.5833 and 1.667.

Therefore, length of longest bar is 1.75 feet.
