The slope-point form of a line:

y-y_1=m(x-x_1)

The formula of a slope:

m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

We have (5, 3) and (2, 6).

Substitute:

m=(6-3)/(2-5)=(3)/(-3)=-1

y-3=-1(x-5)\\\\y-3=-x+5\qquad|+3\\\\y=-x+8

Answer: y = -x + 8
