Apply the vertical line test. Think of a vertical line moving from left to right in the graph. If the graph of the relation intersects the vertical line in more than one point in any position of the vertical line, then the relation is not a function.
The only graph that passes the vertical line test is the graph at the bottom right.
The graph at the bottom right is a function. All others are not.
