Which piece of advice would be best for participants in a group discussion to follow in order to promote collaboration?

Well first trust is what I would say and share thoughts 2 is better than 1 for sure build trust, share thoughts, partnership also hope it help keep it 100

Accomplishing the formation of collaborative work, especially when participating in a group discussion is not always easy. But, there are two important bases that need to be set from the start: the use of good communication skills, and the second is, the establishment of the proper temwork environment.

So the first, and most important thing that groups can do is to establish the common goals and objectives that, as a team, they wish to accomplish. So, set the ground for all members to effectively communicate their ideas and then select the ones that fit best as common goals. After this, set the environment so that all members of the group can put in their ideas on how the main goal can be achieved. Build a sense of team identity and team collaboration and loyalty through making all members feel a part, and have a say, in how the group discussion will carry itself out.
