What figure of speech is used in these lines from William Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet?

I would say that Shakespeare uses allusion in this excerpt from Romeo and Juliet. He is alluding, or making a reference to Aurora, who is a character/person outside of Romeo and Juliet.
