The answer is choice A.

One line goes through (0,6) and (4,0); the equation of this line is 3x+2y = 12. The inequality 3x+2y < 12 means we shade below the boundary line which is a dashed line.

The equation 2x+y < 10 means we graph out 2x+y = 10 which goes through (0,10) and (5,0). The shading is also below the dashed boundary line. The shading is a bit off since the region above 3x+2y = 12 should not be shaded in. Also the boundary lines should be dashed lines.
