How many moles of chloride ions are present in a 150.0 mL solution of CaCl2 that has a concentration of 0.340 M?

well the units of M, molarity, is moles/L

you have 0.340 M which means 0.340 M/1L

you have 150mL which is 0.150L

so if you solve 0.340/1 = x/0.150 math proportion you will get your moles
