False

The Peter’s Principle states that individuals are promoted to their level of incompetence which means something is not justified in the process of promotion and thus sometimes it becomes a necessary consequence of any promotion rule. Usually, most of the organization follows the Peters principle as an important management strategy and thus deflate the criteria of promotion to reduce the impact of Peter’s Principle.
