let 's' = shortest side

let '4s + 1' = longest side

let '3 + s' = middle side

s + 4s + 1 + 3 + s = 24

6s + 4 = 24

6s = 20

s = 20/6 or 3 1/3

longest side: 4 · 10 + 1
