If I say, "you all" does that include me?

Example- You're all mean people.

Does that include me? Since I'm saying "all"?

No, you are not talking about yourself and "you all" can be a way of the describing a certain group of people.

The term "you all" refers to everyone else except you. If you are saying "You're all mean people," and you're not the one being mean, then you would not use such a term. Thus, "you all" refers to everyone else in a particular situation other than yourself. Hope this helps!
