Mismatch with the novel environment

Evolutionary mismatch is a condition where an evolution become maladaptive because of the change in the new/novel environment. The evolution became disadvantage and cause disease. In autoimmune case, human has adapt for a high number of pathogen and hygiene make us exposed to less pathogen. This induce the some inflammatory disease like allergies and autoimmune.
