For number 4, you would circle 2, 3, and 6.
Number 5, circle 2, 4, 5, 8, and 10.
Number 6, circle all of them.
Number 7, circle all but 9.
Number 8, circle 2, 3, and 6.

I think 4. is 2 and 4. but I'm not entirely sure because I haven't done factors in a long time.
