27^{(1)/(3)}, then the answer is 3.

In fact, rational exponents work like this:


a^{(b)/(c)}=\sqrt[c]{a^b}

So, in your case,


27^{(1)/(3)}=\sqrt[3]{27} = 3

because
3^3 = 27
