How is the experience gained by working benifical for teenagers

It gives them experience, which looks good in the resume, and they can get to know what kind of job they want in the future, it also gives them independence bc they are earning their own money, with which they can use on anything they’d like or just save it for going to college or something else

Helps gain knowledge and learning in the work place can sometimes take you further than a diploma. Experience is a necessity
