How long should i wait to drink alcohol after eating dinner?

Shouldn't have to wait really. Just eating light and drinking light is usually fine. Avoid mixing alcohol with foods such as mushrooms as this can create toxins. all the more reason to not drink. :) general rule is half an hour.
