`x + (1)/(3)=9`

We know that:

`(a)/(b)+(c)/(d)=(a.d+b.c)/(b.d)`

So,

`x + (1)/(3) = (x.3+1.1)/(1.3) = (3x+1)/(3)`

`(3x+1)/(3)=9`

Pass the 3 as multiplication

`3x + 1 = 3.9`

`3x + 1 = 27`

`3x = 27 - 1`

`3x = 26`

`x=(26)/(3)`
