The point-slope form of the equation for a line can be written

... y = m(x -h) +k . . . . . . for slope m and point (h, k)

Putting in your given values, this is

... y = 4(x -2) +3 = 4x -5

For the given value of x, the corresponding value of y is

... y = 4ยท22 - 5 = 88 - 5

... y = 83
