A city council wants to know if residents will support building a new community pool.

They ask every 5th person leaving the current community pool whether they think a new one should be built. Will this sample lead to valid inferences? Explain why or why not.

no, because if the people are leaving then their decision is not as valid

I think yes because, for every person who leaves the community pool has a different opinion. So it may be valid or invalid.
