24^2 + 7^2 = 576 + 49 = 625

one side of a kite = √625 = 25

7^2 + 4^2 = 49 + 16 = 65

other side = √65 = 8.06

The perimeter of the kite = 2(25) + 2(8.06)

= 50 + 16.12

= 66.12

Answer

P = 66.12 cm
