Congruent basically means all dimensions lenght width height or in short shape must be exactly equal in both figures.
we see that B and D look exactly same in shape and length so they are congruent.
If we rotate E by 180 degree then E and F will look exactly same in shape and length so they are congruent.
A and C look similar but they have different length so they are not congruent.
