The answer to your question is Michel Temer. He wasn't voted president, but got in charge when Dilma Rousseff had to leave the presidence.

The answer would be "Michel Temer." The main fact about Michel Temer that he was never elected President. The former president was impeached (Dilma Rousseff) and therefore the job was handed down to Temer. He took office on the 31 August 2016. Impeachment is the process of taking out a office member because he or she broke the law in some way. The rest of the office would use impeachment in order to remove that member out of office. Impeachment is mainly used with judges but sometimes would be used with office member in this case.

Hope this helps!
