Multiplying the first by 0.8

0.8 t + 0.8 c = 0.8 (32) = 25.6

Subtracting,

0.8 c - 0.40 c = 25.6 - 18

0.40 c = 7.6

c = 7.6/.4 = 19

Answer: 19 cans of corn
