Sexual relations usually do not spread hepatitis C. Hepatitis C is spread when infected blood gets in contact with non-infected blood (something that does happen during sexual relations).

HepC is spread through blood to blood contact.
most get HepC from needles. so yes to body piercing and tattooing.
you can get it through sex but its a slim chance.
my answer is HepC is not spread through sharing food
