Juana should be self-aware of what she is eating. If she is eating only junk, sugary foods, then Juana should stop eating so much junk food. It’s all about being aware of what you are eating, how much, and what those foods will do to your health long-term!

To exercise at least an hour a day and to watch how many calories she eats in day.
