Hey!
I hope you don't mind, but before I answer this question I'd like to make sure you understand how to convert a fraction to a decimal.
QUICK REVIEW
To convert a fraction to a decimal we must divide the numerator by the denominator. Once that is done we should be left with a decimal.
END QUICK REVIEW
To convert eighty one over four into a decimal, we have to divide eighty one by four.

Now we solve.
÷
So, this means that the fraction eighty one over four is
20.25
.
