First no. = x
Second no. = y

Equation Formation
x + y = 55..........equation (i)
x - y = 1..............equation (i)

x = 1+y

1 + y + y = 55
1 + 2 y = 55
2 y = 55-1
2 y = 54
y = 27

x=27 + 1
x =28

Answer = 28 , 27
