The answer is 25.
Proof:
24°59'60" = 24°+59'+60"
As 1'=60"(1 minute = 60 seconds)
Therefore , 24°+59'+60" = 24°+59'+1'
=24°+60'
As 1°=60'(1 degree=60 seconds)
= 24°+1°
=25°

Answer:

25

Explanation:

In math we divide the degrees of a cirlce, or a full round, in 360º, then each degree has 60 minutes of arc, and then each minute has 60 seconds, so when you say that there is an angle of 24 degrees, 59 minutes and 60 seconds, you are basically saying that the angle is 25º, since 59 minutes and 60 seconds form a degree.
