y=x²
Move to the right 5, y = (x - 5)².
Move up 4, y = (x - 5)² + 4
Answer is
a. y=(x-5)²+4
.

That would be Option a
The - 5 moves the graph 5 to the right and the +4 moves it up 4 units.
