we know that
the vertex in f(x) is the point (0,0)
and
the vertex in g(x) is the point (0,5)

therefore
(x,y) in f(x) becomes -------> (x,y+5) in g(x)
g(x)---------> f(x)+5

g(x)=x²+5

the answer is
g(x)=x²+5
