It's Always wash hands before and after PT care

Though wearing sterile gloves is a good way but you still need to wash hands regardless. The germs from not washing hands gets on the gloves and now the gloves are useless

(This description is for the last 2 options) You can't just assume anything in medical care. There life is in your hands now so have to stay clean.

So if it were me I'd choose the first option. Hope it's correct!
