So, you use multiplication in an arithmetic as this one,
( 2 2/3) (2 1/7)
= 8/3 (2 1/7)
= 8/3 (15/7)
= 40/7
= 5 5/7

Answer is 5 5/7 tons of sugar in the entire shipment.(decimal: 5.714286)

Hope that helps!!!
