.
Creating an organization of individuals with similar goals and ideas is considered a collective action. Organizing a group of individuals like this increases the chance of legal/social change taking place in America.In this case, the SNCC was formed as a way to give a voice to college aged students interested in creating change during the Civil Rights movement.
